What is really going on?

This seems like a movie playing out, you have Fox News just dogging out the President and folks say the White House is wrong for striking back. The Republicans are hell bound and determine to keep delaying unemployment benefits while there is no jobs because they are all overseas and not coming back. They intend to stop health care reform if the can. The Democrats are fighting each other instead of working together it's a shame. Why in the world are they waiting for support from the Republicans beats me. As I sit and watch C-Span it is amazing to see that Republicans just don't give a damn they have their own agenda to disrupt, dismantle and destroy this session of Congress. They offer amendments some are excepted some not and they still say no. So why the hell bother? I wonder if the Republicans every get anything done for their constituents, and they think they know everything and that President Obama doesn't know anything. I didn't see them disrespect and rise up against President Bush this way. John Boehner wants to be the President, never heard him say one thing positive always negative and degrading. Eric Canton is always talking in circles and sending his folks to look for charity for medical help. The Republicans brag about being on twitter but you can't write a bill there you only get 140 characters. Always something to say but never giving any solutions in their eyes cutting taxes will solve everything. Another thing that gets me is the fact that President Obama is the first President that I know of that tried to give Congress the chance to do their job everybody else told them what to do and they did it. But, then they say the President isn't helping well, what the hell good are you if your job is what is best for the American people but,you still need to know what the President wants. They said they didn't work for the President they work with the President but I can't tell. They still don't do nothing but complain and stall. I think if they can't get strong health care reform passed the they are all useless. The Republicans ask where are the jobs, but don't want to pass the Climate Change Bill. They complain about Wall Street but won't pass that reform either.

Why Obama's church choice matters - Opinion - USATODAY.com

I thought this article in USA Today was interesting.
I have never seen any other POTUS catch the flack the Obama is catching. There is nothing he does the the Republicans don't criticize. They question everything that he does he's damned if he's does and damned if he doesn't. I would like to know where were they when Bush and the Republicans led Congress allowed this great country to be consumed by greed? They had control of the Congress for the pass eight years and didn't do anything but run the nation off a cliff. Now everything the Democrats are doing is going to destroy the nation. Why are they so afraid of health care reform, climate change is it because their bank accounts will be hurt? The laughed about the Olympic games, they say the Nobel Prize is a joke we should all be proud of the efforts of our President. Now it's what church is he going to attend. I heard on the news he hadn't been to church in eight months is it anybody business? They call him weak for treating other nations with respect this whole thing is becoming disgraceful. I really think that the Republicans are sore losers they say no to everything. In my opinion John Boehner is the most miserable man I have every seen all talk no solutions. When they were in the majority they didn't include the minority so now all they do is whine about their ideas not being taken. They keep asking where are the jobs? They where all outsourced with their help. They think cutting taxes can solve everything. Now they want President Obama to make some jobs. They hold up his nominations then the say he hasn't filled all of the slots that need to be filled how lowdown can you get. If they wanted to run the country they should have had a candidate that could win. I say put up or shut up!

Some of those who oppose Health Care Reform.

There are a lot of Republicans that oppose the big subject, but there are  numbers in their districts that makes you wonder why.

John Boehner Ohio 8th dist. 78,000 uninsured 1400  health related bankruptcies

Eric Cantor  Va. 7th dist.  84,000 uninsured  1600  health related bankruptcies

Mark Pence Ind. 6th dist.  111,000 uninsured  2100 health related bankruptcies

Everytime you turn on the TV most of the time you see these three fellows in front of a mic bashing the President and it my be that he cares more about helping their constituents than themselves. Mr. Cantor told one of his constituents in his first in person town hall to get help from charity.

Sen. Jim Demint  SC wants a waterloo for the President has 802,000 uninsured and 4000 health related bankruptcies in the state of South Carolina.

I'm just saying.

The Land of the Free has become The Land of Greed and Hate.

What is all the Anger about? This country didn't get in the shape it's in on Jan. 20, 2009 but everyone wants a quick fix there isn't one. All the hate toward President Obama is just a shame. The Republicans want everything in the private sector but look at what's happen. They get fat pockets along with the other crooks. So because there is someone who wants to look out for all Americans, those who have just don't anyone looking out for the have not. Everything the POTUS  wants to do is called a government take over.Come on people let's call it what it really is Greed  is taking the place of Capitalism. It's not a government take over it's pulling the cover off. If you want to be mad a something be mad at Wall Street, Banks and the rest of the crooks. Nobody wants to use common sense and reasoning. Why can't you treat people the way you would want to be treated?

Opinions

Everyone has and have the right to voice, tweet, write or them. The only problem is that is all it is,whether it is right or wrong you can't sway some folks one way or another. This isn't the case with weak minded people some will believe and follow up what others do if the understand it or not. Have we lost respect for one another ? Have we gotten to the point that everyone is talking and no one is listening ? All of a sudden everybody has the answer to the country's problem. I don't every remember the state of the nation being this way it's like everyone is angry but, for the wrong reasons. Are we forcing our way of thinking on others ? On election night the country for the most part was united but, now everybody is worlds apart people saying things like I want my country back. What does that mean ?  Government is getting to big, it's the same size if nothing had been been done what shape would the country be in ? But are we thinking of what if ? If we all could take a deep breathe and relax. Give the country a chance to get back some of what most people lost. It took a long time to get here and it will take sometime to get back.

Health Care Reform

What is the answer? What is the prefect reform? Why not a public option?  There are people suffering in this country and Congress still don't get it. Is it that hard for them to sit with people they work with everyday and have a brain storming session on health care. I know first hand what it feels like not to be able to buy insurance because of a pre-existing condition. I had worked all my life and always had good coverage and when I got to the point I couldn't work anymore. I used the Cobra which was very costly until it ran out then I tried to buy a personal plan and no one would cover me. I ended up having to pay a lot at the SC High Risk Pool until I got on Medicare. I was blessed to have a loving brother who help take care of me and the cost for the two and a half years that it took for me to get on Disability. What happens to the people who don't have someone to help them like I did. The time to act on reform.

Congress What's Up?

I sit and watch C-Span and it is just amazing how the Republicans just don't want to work with the Democrats no matter what they do. When will they learn they were sent there to do a job not try to stop everything. No matter what President Obama tries to do they always want to stop it.

Why is there so much Hate?

It is almost unreal to see the amount of hateful gestures and speech that is flying around so bold these days. There has got to be a better way to deal with the issues upon us. As bad as things are in this country we should all be trying to help one another if only in a small way. Sometimes we have to consider other people's feelings or put our self in their place and wonder how would I feel if someone treated me that way.
